Circle K Fit Out & Refurbishment Programme

DMC Global Partners has been engaged with Circle K over the past number of years providing Cost Management Services on numerous sites throughout the country. Completed sites to date include Brennanstown in Bray, Loughforbes in Longford and Safeway in Arklow, Co. Wicklow. Works on each site vary from small-scale retail fit-outs to full-site redevelopment.

DECLARACIÓN

Brennanstown – Full refit of the Retail store as well as demolition of disused car showroom and creation of additional customer carparking

Loughforbes – Full refit of existing retail building as well as decommissioning and replacement of full fuel infrastructure including underground tanks and forecourt canopy.

Safeway Arklow – Complete demolition decommissioning of existing retail building and fuel infrastructure and complete redevelopment of the entire site to include new 200m2 retail building, all new fuel infrastructure and 6 pump forecourt canopy.
