Frank Meehan

Frank holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Sydney in Australia, as well as a Master of Science in Fluid Mechanics from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm, Sweden.

He began his career as a software developer and troubleshooter with Ericsson Mobile, contributing to the development of early software for 3G WCDMA systems. He later transitioned into sales and marketing roles within Ericsson as 3G technology began rolling out globally.

Frank has lived and worked in Hong Kong, Singapore, Sweden, Taiwan, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

David’s leadership and technical proficiency have been instrumental in the successful delivery of projects with portfolio values ranging to €500m+, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards across both public and private sectors.

Donna will be taking a leading role in developing our operations out of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, bringing her expertise in building high-performing teams, streamlining processes, and developing strong client relationships. Her career spans senior leadership roles in both established and emerging markets, where she has successfully navigated cultural, regulatory, and commercial landscapes to deliver sustainable outcomes.

Her ability to align operational strategy with corporate vision will be instrumental in strengthening our presence in the region and supporting our continued international expansion.

Keith Rowley

Keith Rowley is a senior executive across Communications, Power and Utilities, and Digital Infrastructure with 26 years of delivery across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. His domain expertise focus in the end to end: design, delivery and operations for Data Centres, Optical Networks and ICT/Smart Cities. Over the past decade he has held C-level roles accountable for all three, scaling high growth technical organisations and services with discipline and repeatability.

Gajendra Verma

An accomplished and strategic leader with a diverse background spanning Strategy, Technology, Investment, International Trade, and International Development. Gajendra successfully conceptualised and built businesses across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, with a strong focus on cross-border innovation and infrastructure development. He played a key role in introducing and implementing advanced technologies on London Underground Lines and Network Rail Projects in the UK. In India, he pioneered the high-speed rail concept and is contributing to the Mumbai-Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Project in collaboration with leading Japanese rail firms. With expertise across the full project lifecycle, from Need Analysis and Pre-feasibility to Detailed Design and Construction Supervision, Gajendra has consistently supported complex infrastructure projects by deploying specialised European expertise across Asia. His work reflects a strong commitment to delivering high-impact solutions through international collaboration and technical excellence.

Liam recently played a key role in Saudi Arabia, contributing to one of the world’s most ambitious giga-projects, NEOM. His experience in the Middle East has deepened his understanding of large-scale, fast-paced environments and cross-cultural collaboration. 

Known for his collaborative mindset, analytical rigour, and hands-on leadership, Liam brings a calm, solutions-driven approach to even the most complex challenges. He is now helping to drive DMC Global Partners’ growth across the Middle East from the Saudi office, supporting clients in achieving resilient, future-ready project outcomes.

Heading up DMC Renewables, Paul has been instrumental in supporting clients on their journey to Net Zero, aligning innovative renewable technologies with practical, cost-effective implementation strategies. 

With over a decade of experience in the sector, Paul has helped clients generate significant renewable power, including delivering over 60 megawatts of solar generation projects across the UK and Europe. His expertise spans solar PV, battery energy storage systems (BESS), PPAs, energy-efficient lighting, HVAC solutions, and smart building controls. 

Paul takes a client-focused approach, ensuring each project meets immediate operational needs and long-term sustainability goals. By combining in-depth energy audits, clear ROI modelling, and meticulous project management, he delivers tailored solutions that balance environmental impact with commercial viability.
