The works will consist of the Fit Out of approx. 40,000sq foot over two floors of Clyde House in the IDA Business & Technology Park, Snugborough Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15.

Roof mounted plant/equipment within a plant enclosure will be provided at uppermost roof level. The fit out will accommodate 336 desks for staff with associated support spaces and welfare facilities, interview rooms, canteen/tea stations and meeting/collaboration spaces.

The site is in an existing partially occupied commercial building in the IDA Business & Technology Park.
