Our experience is as the counties start to achieve university status, there is a great need for accommodation. Much of Ireland’s housing infrastructure outside of Dublin is not fit for purpose and we have seen a growing need for new build.
This strong demand is attracting Foreing Direct Investment (FDI) providing prupose-built student accommodation for overseas students. According to industry data, purpose built student accommodation accounted for 17% of the total investment volume.
