Q&A
The most challenging Project I have been involved with to date is the 153 nr unit residential development on the Long Mile Road. The main challenge this project had was the cost management post-tender. The procurement method was a management contracting scenario which involves the procurement of multiple trades. The Key challenge was mitigating inflationary costs with the numerous specialist sub-contractors.
My career journey has been phenomenal. From beginning just over three years ago with 0 construction experience straight from secondary school to now being entrusted with my own projects and clients. The diversity of roles and responsibilities I have been tasked with as well as the diverse project and client sector has been thoroughly fascinating and enjoyable.
