His career spans senior roles including CEO and Founder of CLG Group Ireland, Managing Director of Space Creators Design Studio, and Director of Operations at Total Outsource Group Ltd, where he led key initiatives in management contracting, construction cost management, project delivery and specialist logistics for the construction sector.

As COO of DMC Global Partners, Constantin plays a crucial role in scaling operations and ensuring delivery excellence across a diverse portfolio of technically demanding projects.
