Working closely with Ian Kelleher, head of Project Management and his team, Edward will be working on projects that span residential, data centres, retail and commercial.

Edward’s project management background is in residential development and he has significant client-side experience, having recently been involved in delivering a number of residential care home projects. Edward brings with him remarkable hands-on experience and a great understanding of client expectations.

With a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Edward is following the footsteps of co-founder Joe McCaffrey, whose specialism is in M&E cost consultancy. This particular skill has been incredibly valuable to the DMC Global Partners business.
