Part of a larger overall greenfield development, this new 120-bed nursing home is situated in approximately 5ha of land.
The project compromises the construction of a 120 bedroom residential care nursing home, which are each provided with are each provided with ensuite shower and wc facilities. The scheme also provides associated facilities including dining rooms, lounges, activity rooms, nurse stations, kitchen, laundry room, stores, sluice rooms, reception, office areas and staff changing facilities.
Externally two enclosed landscaped garden areas are to be constructed, together with 90 car parking spaces, service yard and associated access road and footpaths.
The scheme is located on a greenfield site of approximately 5 Hectares and forms part of a larger overall development with planning consent including assisted living housing units and a medical centre. Services are being provided to accommodate the future housing units and medical centre.
