STATEMENT

Residential development consisting of 73 new 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments within the Elm Park Campus, Merrion Road. Elm Park Green is a live-work campus, with office buildings overlooking Dublin Bay and residential blocks overlooking Elm Park Golf Club.

The apartments consist of balconies with views over Dublin Bay and winter garden glazing.

The scheme takes advantage of additional parking capacity in the basement, avoiding additional provision. This is complimented with new bicycle parking in the basement, which is accessed by a central lift and stair core extended to the existing basement.
