Keith Rowley is a senior executive across Communications, Power and Utilities, and Digital Infrastructure with 26 years of delivery across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. His domain expertise focus in the end to end: design, delivery and operations for Data Centres, Optical Networks and ICT/Smart Cities. Over the past decade he has held C-level roles accountable for all three, scaling high growth technical organisations and services with discipline and repeatability.

He led the design and deployments of one of Africa’s largest communication infrastructure networks at Liquid Intelligent Technologies stretching from Cape Town to Cairo. He previously contributed to the NEOM GigaProject in Saudi Arabia, working within Tonomus as part of Detecon’s senior expert team, shaping and delivering next-generation technology and infrastructure across the worlds largest construction projects.

He holds a Global MBA from London School of Business and Finance and Postgraduate Diplomas in Leadership and Management. He holds multiple industry accredited certifications across Data Centre (TIA-942, CDCP) and ICT. A member of PMI and CMI, his foundational skills are rooted from structured methodologies including PMP, PRINCE2 and MSP.

At DMC Global Partners, Keith brings this full lifecycle experience and approach to complex Digital Infrastructure programmes and consultancy. He spearheads the Digital Infrastructure services for our clients, from early feasibility engagements, design consultancy or support in field delivery through to steady state operational phases and compliance audits.

Looking ahead, Keith is currently pursuing a Doctorate in AI and Technology Management, exploring how artificial intelligence will elevate programme design, delivery and operations in the coming decade within Digital Infrastructure and Global Consultancies.
