In response to the current COVID-19/Coronavirus situation, we are implementing additional procedures to manage the potential impact and to protect our staff, our clients and the general public from possible infection.
The priority is to:
- protect us all from infection, particularly those who are more vulnerable to serious illness
- maintain continuity of business
- help stop the spread of COVID-19.
Office
While the office will remain open, we have advised staff to work from home in so far as possible, up to March 29th as per Government guidance with business continuing as normal.
Health and safety measures have been installed in the office including awareness signage, hand sanitiser, and we have spoken to all our staff asking them remain vigilant about the risks and how to minimise them.
Meetings
All meetings during this period will be held via Microsoft Teams or alternative video/telecon facility to facilitate business continuity.
Travel
Staff have been advised that they should avoid travel where possible and any staff returning from abroad will be required to follow strict self-isolation/quarantine protocols.
Business Continuity
All our staff members are contactable and we will be fully available to you as usual. Through our IT infrastructure, our staff have the ability to work from home and can securely access our systems remotely.
We hope that you and your families stay safe and well at this difficult time.
