Ben Ignatovich has recently joined our US team as Lead Cost Manager, leveraging a wealth of experience in the field. Holding a BSc in Quantity Surveying from the University of Salford, Ben has undergone specialised training, including MRICS and SSSTS. Prior to joining us, he led a team overseeing a diverse portfolio with an annual expenditure of $750 million.

In his role, Ben spearheads Yearly Capital Planning, creates Quarterly Senior Management presentations, and manages Monthly cost reports for various projects. His hands-on approach and strategic acumen have significantly contributed to the success of high-profile projects, including a $145 million endeavour for Morgan Stanley.

Before joining us, Ben’s previous roles showcased his ability to manage projects ranging from $20,000 to $150 million throughout the Americas. His expertise extends to Corporate Real Estate, where he offers comprehensive commercial management services, from initial budget estimates to financial reporting.
