Keith Rowley

Keith Rowley is a senior communications and infrastructure executive with over 26 years of experience delivering complex programmes across Africa, the Middle East, and global markets. For the past decade, he has held C-level roles focused on delivery and operational strategy, driving performance, transformation, and scale across high growth environments.

He holds an MBA from the London School of Business & Finance, Post-Graduate Diplomas in Leadership and Management, and is a Certified Data Centre Professional. A member of PMI and CMI, Keith combines strategic insight with deep expertise in methodologies like Prince2, MSP, and Agile.

He led the development of one of Africa’s largest digital infrastructure networks with Liquid Intelligent Technologies and currently contributes to the NEOM Giga Project in Saudi Arabia as part of Detecon’s senior team of subject matter experts building the next generation of Technology and Infrastructure. His work spans building Centres of Excellence for design, shaping delivery frameworks, and enabling large-scale transformation with lasting impact.

Keith has a strong interest in how artificial intelligence will reshape project management and consultancy. He is currently undertaking a Doctorate in AI and Technology Management, exploring how emerging technologies can redefine how infrastructure and strategy are delivered in the coming decade.
