En 2014, Joe McCaffrey et Kevin Duke ont occupé des postes de direction dans deux des plus importants cabinets de conseil en construction de Grande-Bretagne.
Business was doing well; it would have been easy for Joe and Kevin to stay in their respective roles. But, instead, they chose to challenge the status quo.
In 2015, Ireland was finally coming out of a long-running economic crisis. The duo saw a pressing gap in the market that larger firms were failing to tackle: providing hands-on senior expertise that could get the job done quickly and spur economic growth.
And so, Duke McCaffrey was born, offering specialist advice and project management excellence for Ireland’s growing construction pipeline.
Notre croissance
Our business has grown rapidly since its inception. We started as a two-person consultancy with five clients in 2015. Today, we’re a growing team of 20, helping over 50 clients around the world.
The essence of why our clients choose us is our ability to provide exceptional expertise and value for money. In seven years, we have become the go-to advisers for clients across 11 industry sectors – something we are incredibly proud of.
Notre avenir
Our company continues to enjoy phenomenal growth. In 2022, we opened our first office in Dubai, quickly winning a major infrastructure scheme in the Middle East.
We continue to expand our international presence, helping our clients uncover opportunities and drive long-term, sustainable growth in an ever-changing market.
