Joe is the Chief Executive Officer of DMC Global Partners and is an energetic, hands on, self-motivated professional Chartered M&E Quantity Surveyor with specific expertise in the cost management of mechanical and electrical services on technically challenging projects in Data Centre, Hotel and Leisure, large scale residential and office fit out projects across Ireland, UK and Europe with values of €500k to €300m+.

Mark is Joint Managing Director at DMC Global Partners and also an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a detailed knowledge of the construction industry across various sectors.

Mark having previously worked in development funding, manages several large asset portfolios totalling €300-400m along with managing a number of large development projects across Ireland.

Ronan joined DMC Global Partners in mid-2016 as a Senior Cost Manager and was promoted to Director in January 2020. He has experience in all aspects of Quantity Surveying from project brief development through tender and construction to final account stage across a wide range of industry sectors.

Rebecca is an important member of our team. Rebecca provides hands-on support to the whole team from preparing and producing client reports to supporting our marketing strategy.

Rebecca has been a member of the DMC Global Partners team from 2018 and is often the first port of call for our clients.

With a strategic mindset and an exceptional ability to translate vision into actionable plans, he is known for driving business transformation, operational efficiency, and high-performance cultures within multi-disciplinary teams.

Iomair Treacey

Regional Director Cost Management

Iomair Treacey has worked across diverse industry sectors including housing, nursing care, schools, data centres and hotels. Iomair is a talented Quantity Surveyor with over 15 years experience in the industry. Iomair holds a BSc in Construction Economics and is registered with the SCSI.

David Brennan

Head of Project Management

David is an experienced Project Manager with extensive expertise in project management and building consultancy across commercial, residential, hospitality, and sports infrastructure developments. David has successfully led projects of varying complexity and scale, bringing a client-focused approach to delivering high-quality outcomes in Ireland, the UK, and internationally. With a proven track record spanning over a decade, he is adept at providing strategic advice and innovative solutions across planning, design coordination, technical due diligence, and stakeholder management. David’s leadership and technical proficiency have been instrumental in the successful delivery of projects with portfolio values ranging to €500m+, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards across both public and private sectors.

A member of the Irish Tax Institute, and Chartered Tax Advisor, Tommy is a seasoned financial leader with extensive experience across multiple industries, including infrastructure, technology, and manufacturing. He has held senior roles in finance and operations, overseeing strategic financial planning, corporate governance, and business growth initiatives.

Donna Clowes

Cost & Commercial Director, Middle East

Donna is a highly accomplished leader with extensive international experience in driving business growth and operational excellence across diverse markets. With a proven track record in strategic planning, organisational development, and stakeholder engagement, she has delivered impactful results in complex, fast-paced environments.

Donna will be taking a leading role in developing our operations out of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, bringing her expertise in building high-performing teams, streamlining processes, and developing strong client relationships. Her career spans senior leadership roles in both established and emerging markets, where she has successfully navigated cultural, regulatory, and commercial landscapes to deliver sustainable outcomes.

Her ability to align operational strategy with corporate vision will be instrumental in strengthening our presence in the region and supporting our continued international expansion.

Keith Rowley

Chief Technical Officer – (Digital Infrastructure)

Keith Rowley is a senior executive across Communications, Power and Utilities, and Digital Infrastructure with 26 years of delivery across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. His domain expertise focus in the end to end: design, delivery and operations for Data Centres, Optical Networks and ICT/Smart Cities. Over the past decade he has held C-level roles accountable for all three, scaling high growth technical organisations and services with discipline and repeatability.

Gajendra Verma

Associate Director | Strategy & Infrastructure
B Eng MSc MBA

An accomplished and strategic leader with a diverse background spanning Strategy, Technology, Investment, International Trade, and International Development. Gajendra successfully conceptualised and built businesses across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, with a strong focus on cross-border innovation and infrastructure development. He played a key role in introducing and implementing advanced technologies on London Underground Lines and Network Rail Projects in the UK. In India, he pioneered the high-speed rail concept and is contributing to the Mumbai-Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Project in collaboration with leading Japanese rail firms. With expertise across the full project lifecycle, from Need Analysis and Pre-feasibility to Detailed Design and Construction Supervision, Gajendra has consistently supported complex infrastructure projects by deploying specialised European expertise across Asia. His work reflects a strong commitment to delivering high-impact solutions through international collaboration and technical excellence.

Liam is a seasoned Associate Director with over a decade of experience in project management and building consultancy, delivering complex, high-value projects across the UK, Middle East, and internationally. His expertise spans commercial, residential, and infrastructure developments, with a strong focus on strategic delivery, technical due diligence, and stakeholder engagement. 

Liam recently played a key role in Saudi Arabia, contributing to one of the world’s most ambitious giga-projects, NEOM. His experience in the Middle East has deepened his understanding of large-scale, fast-paced environments and cross-cultural collaboration. 

Known for his collaborative mindset, analytical rigour, and hands-on leadership, Liam brings a calm, solutions-driven approach to even the most complex challenges. He is now helping to drive DMC Global Partners’ growth across the Middle East from the Saudi office, supporting clients in achieving resilient, future-ready project outcomes. 

Michael Ferry

Michael is an experienced, detail-oriented Chartered Building Surveyor with extensive expertise in building consultancy, project management, and surveying across commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments. Michael has successfully managed projects of varying complexity and scale, bringing a client-focused approach to delivering high-quality outcomes in Ireland and internationally. With a proven track record spanning over two decades, he is adept at providing strategic advice and innovative solutions for asset management, technical due diligence, and defect analysis. Michael’s leadership and technical proficiency have been instrumental in the successful delivery of projects with values ranging from €500k to €50m+.
