STATEMENT
The project entails the construction and expansion of a state-of-the-art data centre facility. The development consists of a new 6MW data centre, incorporating high-efficiency design principles to meet the growing demand for cutting-edge digital infrastructure.
Our team has been instructed for Cost Management services for the phased delivery of the project, including the implementation of flexible modular pod and white wall fit-outs to accommodate various power densities, ranging from 2kW to 30kW per rack, supporting AI applications.
This facility has been designed to the highest energy efficiency standards, achieving Uptime Institute Tier III certification, with an N+1 configuration and a focus on sustainability, including heat reuse for office cooling and independent fire suppression systems.
