Delsk Riverstick

The project comprises the construction of two storey 93 bed nursing home which are each provided with ensuite shower and wc facilities. The scheme also provides associated facilities including dining rooms, lounges, activity rooms, nurse stations, kitchen, laundry room, stores, sluice rooms, reception, office areas and staff changing facilities.

Externally to the front of the building a new access road and landscaping are to be constructed, together with 56 car parking spaces, a service yard and footpaths. Externally to the rear of the building a landscaped garden and attenuation pond are to be constructed together with perimeter fencing, footpaths and a terrace area.

Progress on site was hindered following the government directive to suspend all non-essential construction works, but is due to be completed in August 2021.
